TEFL Prep Scholarship
Purpose: To provide support for students who are preparing for the TOEFL.
Qualifications: Students who are taking the TOEFL again to score higher on the examination in preparation for applying to American colleges.
Amount: $150 for TOEFL fees.
Application Procedure: Submit a one-page essay in English on the following topic:
What is the best way to prepare for the TOEFL?
Include at least three suggestions.

Deadline: Four awards given annually. The deadline is the first of October.

P.E.O. International Peace Scholarship
Purpose: To fund graduate education for international woman in colleges and universities in the United States and Canada.
Qualifications: This scholarship is for women from all countries except the United States and Canada. Applicants must be qualified for full-time graduate school and must provide notice of admission to a college or university. Applicants must also complete a statement certifying that they will return to their countries after completing the graduate degree.
Maximum Amount: $5000 per year. May be renewed.
Application Procedure: Request application materials from P.E.O. in Iowa.
